The premise is that that as a reseller you would like to:

- Be able to offer user controlled on-demand cloud infrastructure services on your own website
- Have the opportunity to sell related software to your clients
The NephoScale NephOS IaaS cloud service platform empowers resellers to:
- Integrate a billing gateway into the NephoScale portal, such as authorize.net, for conducting direct billing transactions with your own client base
- White label the NephoScale customer web portal to offer on-demand cloud services on your own website
- Utilize an integrated ticketing and notification system
- Modify invoices for monthly recurring managed services or one time design/build add-ons
- Resell software in association with cloud service
